The lower level comprises the fifth bedroom, bathroom/laundry, games/television room with futon bed, plus a pool table room that leads out to the barbecue area and on to the courtyard. The air-conditioned open plan kitchen, dining and lounge is located on the middle level. Sit by the fireplace in winter or enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the enclosed sun room.
Agars House is set amongst an established garden, with complete privacy for you to enjoy your weekend away. Take a stroll around the gardens, play a game of tennis on the private tennis court, have a swim in the indoor pool, or take a book to read in the sun in the open courtyard.
