Illawarra Performing Arts Centre

The region’s premier performing arts complex, and is located in heart of the Wollongong Arts Precinct. Merrigong Theatre Company manages the IPAC.

Comprising three versatile spaces, it plays host to a variety of events, from internationally renowned theatre, music and comedy to a wide range of community events.

It is also home to The Social, a unique café and bar boasting an impressive al fresco space.

– IMB Theatre

In the classic tradition of the proscenium arch lyric theatre, the IMB Theatre’s steeply raked auditorium ensures every seat is the best in the house. With excellent sight lines, the audience is immersed in the action on stage.

– Bruce Gordon Theatre

An intimate alternative to the IMB Theatre, the stylish Bruce Gordon Theatre offers two levels, balcony seating, wheelchair and standing room only spaces. The venue is perfect for minimalist to full scale theatre productions, cabaret, comedy, intimate musical and dance productions, conferences and community events.

– Bob Peet Studio

Bob Peet Studio is a multipurpose ‘black box’ studio for training, theatre or project development and shows with audiences up to 80 people.
