‘The Sundeck’, comfortably sleeps 10 people across 2 floors. The upper level featuring a wrap around deck, large open plan living and kitchen. Master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite.
Down stairs includes the main bathroom, 3 bedrooms, 1 with queen bed, 1 with king bed both with incredible water views. The third bedroom has 2 tribunks, the perfect kids retreat. Under the deck is the picture perfect spot to relax in the hammock and read a good book.
For year round comfort there is a split system air conditioner in the lounge room. The sundeck also offers detached garage and laundry with washing machine and dryer. For some family time there is also a substantial DVD collection.
If dining out is more your style, Gerroa offer the award-winning Blue Swimmer cafe, or you can try the kiosk – everything you could want is in short walking distance. For those wishing to extend their shopping experience, Gerringong is a five minute drive and the beautiful Berry is only a 10 minute drive.
