I made fried eggs for the first time when I was 6 years old because of my parents who work together, this was my first dish.
When I was 18 years old in high school, my father couldn’t work because of an accident. This meant I had to earn my tuition, so I got work as a kitchen hand at a restaurant.
In 2005, I came to Australia to study English, and I started working again with kitchen hand, and then I thought I wanted to be a chef, and I went to a school called tafe. I did an application at the Gold Coast Hyatt Hotel, and I was named the best employee for 6 months in a row.
I moved to Sydney in 2010 to study cooking in detail. And I started cooking Japanese food. I worked as a menu development team manager at sushi bay and operated Toro sushiya / Toro Robata Sushi restaurant menu and open for 3 years.
To keep my promise to my daughter, I opened a small restaurant in the area of Corrimal in 2021. It was very difficult during Covid-19, but my appointment with my daughter was really important to me.
