Welcome to the home of the enigmatic Professor B!

Take a seat, relax, and stay as long as you like. Breakout Bar is a true hole in the wall that expands out into a stunning and unique louge. Marvel at the steampunk mixture of luxurious with industrial, old world technology and soft, luxurious drapings and lounges, with… well, just weird.

Our cocktail menu features twists on classics, plenty of signatures, and the occasional oddity. With a range from simple, easy drinkers to more complex and thoughtful cocktails there’s an option for everyone. Our knowledgeable bar staff are also happy to whip up something special or off-menu.

The Lab at Breakout co-venture between Breakout and The Blend, and is home to specialised cocktail equipment not found anywhere else in the Illawarra. We also host weekly Masterclasses for cocktails and whiskey, and regular hospitality industry events. Everyone is welcome in the Lab to come learn and discover with us. See you soon!
