Zeus Street Greek, a family owned group of fresh-casual eateries, has brought its brand of Greek street food to the Illawarra, with the opening of Zeus Shellharbour at Stockland Shellharbour Shopping Centre on Wednesday 23rd August.
Zeus Shellharbour, the 12th Zeus location in New South Wales and 17th in Australia, adds a modern and high quality Mediterranean offering to the growing dining scene of the Illawarra region.
The eatery is perfect spot for a quick lunch time pita stop for local workers and busy shoppers in need of some fuel, the ideal setting for a weekend feast with the family plus a pre-cinema meal. The outpost combines modern Greek street food with the best of Australian produce in a relaxed contemporary environment.
The menu offering includes: The Uncle Tzimmy family of three pitas, featuring high-quality hero proteins of chicken, pork and lamb from the souvla cooked traditionally on long skewers over hot charcoal; wrapped in fluffy pita bread with tomato, tzatziki, onion, paprika and Zeus’ famous chips. Uncle Tzimmy will be joined by the full range of pitas from Zeus’ along with the recently launched ‘Build your own Spartan Box’ menu item, which is 100% customisable. Customers will be able to add their own culinary flair to their meal by selecting; a protein, base, salad and dip to create their perfect Greek meal. With just four steps hundreds of combinations can be created, so the Spartan Box will never become ancient history!
