Heritage Wins
As well as being a proud Aussie company Hungry Jack’s is the master Australian franchise of the Burger King Corporation. But for reasons too boring to go into here, in 1991 the Burger King Corporation opened it’s doors in NSW under the Burger King trademark. Three confusing years later everyone agreed that the power of a single Aussie brand and the 30 year heritage of the its trademark was the best solution.
