Amanda & Ebony have been friends for almost a decade, working in multiple different cafes together across the Illawarra region.

In 2020, Amanda lost her job due to the first lock down of covid. So, she decided it was her time to purchase a cafe.

Ebony then, a mum of one, came aboard to give a hand within the Cafe. During another lock down both girls decided it was time to think outside of the box. With many sleepless nights, brainstorming and tears, Covid restrictions eased. This meant weddings where back on and Amanda’s cousin asked her to create a grazing table of her choice for the morning of her wedding.

With Amanda’s knowledge of food and Ebony’s natural artistic flare, they managed to create a table full of unique and delicious food.

This function gave Ebony the idea that maybe this was what they were looking for. Eventually they decided to create
a sister brand to Coogs Cafe

In mid 2022, Ebony now a mother of two, and Amanda in her second year of the Cafe, they launched the brand and created it to what you see today. Platters of art and appetizing food for any event. Whether it’s for work or private functions, the girls put there two passions together and go above and beyond to create masterpieces to cater to your needs.
