Husband and wife duo Mark & April have created a boutique warehouse distillery and bar in the Northern suburbs of Wollongong NSW. This brand new warehouse space has been transformed into a gin and whisky distillery. Producing small batch whisky, gins and more. Together they are leading the charge crafting incredible spirits in this warehouse space. Head distiller Mark & wife April have been mentored over the years by some incredible people who have expertise in all aspects of distilling.
But it’s not just gin on the menu at Wolf & Woman Distillery. Expect everything gin, to the finest whisky, specialty spirits with recipes that have been carried down for generations, also local beer and wine to be pouring at this two story space.
Want the full distillery experience? Wolf & Woman Distillery will be opening their doors to immersive tours behind-the-scenes of its distillery and cellar door. You’ll even be able to book in for an on-site tasting, or if you want to really be a part of it all, why not simply distill your own bottle of gin on your own still in their gin school – Bottle it and take it home.

• Sharyon, 1250L whisky still – Named after Mark’s late mum – The heart of our distillery
• Burnsey, 530L column still – Named after the maker Mark Burnsey
• Bailey, 30L pot still – Named after the maker Peter Bailey – This our first still ever.
• Maria, 3L pot still – Named after our late Nonna as this is where the Limoncello started.

“We have been working on this dream for 10+ years now and to finally see our dreams a reality is exciting to say the least. Our gin is distilled on-site with custom designed Australian made stills and infused with Australian native ingredients, sourced locally as much as we can. We pride ourselves in supporting Australia and giving back to our community.
Our vision was to create a family space open to the public to come and enjoy a drink, create a special memory or even hold that special event. We are super excited to welcome you all into our distillery family and look forward to having a drink with you!”
