Slow Dough is open Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays from 8am-2pm (unless sold out!). You can find us at 19 Bong Bong St in the little cottage next to the Kiama Uniting Church.
We’re inspired by the beauty of our rugged coastline and the waves that crash relentlessly against it.
‘Slow Dough’ has been conceived with the philosophy of slowing down and bringing people together around good, wholesome food.
The not-quite-a-bagel sesame ring is made from our sourdough baguette dough. Slow fermented overnight, we love our sesame ring, and think that you will too.
Enjoy it on a platter with friends or right out of the bag on your way home.
We have specifically designed the bakery so that we can share and celebrate this process with our community. You can expect to see today’s bread coming out of the oven and tomorrow’s bread being shaped. We also offer a rotating menu of sweet and savoury treats inspired by seasonal and local produce, and paired beautifully with a cup of coffee.
