This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading National Brokerage Houses, working with top FMCG brands such as Bonds, Hydralyte, Kellogg’s, Nivea, Mission Foods, Massel, Schwarzkopf, Dynamo, Bref and Safcol. With significant growth across our business, we currently have multiple positions available for Casual Grocery Merchandisers and Planogram Implementors in the Unanderra, Wollongong, Thirroul and surrounds.
About The Role:
We’re looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. If you have a bubbly personality, a positive attitude, and high energy, this could be the perfect role for you.
Shift Details:
Wed – Fri requirement (flexible days Mon & Tues)
From 4 – 20 hours a week (flexible hours)
Pay Rate: 31.68 per hour (award rate)
Key Responsibilities:
– Merchandising products and maintaining store displays.
– Implementing planograms to optimise product placement.
– Managing your time effectively to complete tasks within allocated hours.
– Building strong relationships with store teams to ensure quality servic
You Are:
– Flexible to travel around the advertised area and surrounds
– Excellent with time management and organisation
– A good communicator who can develop strong relationships with key store personnel
– Efficient, hardworking and have high attention to detail
– Able to work autonomously
– Able to deal with fast paced environments
– Bright, bubbly and friendly with a can-do attitude
– Well-groomed and presented
The Essentials that you need
– A valid Driver’s Licence and a car to travel to and from stores
– A smart phone to use for work and to download the app
Attire
– Clean Pressed dress pants
– Clean Pressed collared shirt or polo
– Closed toe comfortable/supportive footwear
