The role
We are looking for dedicated Retail Assistants to join our UniShop and Village Grocer teams. If you’re enthusiastic, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, we’d love to have you on board. As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, assisting customers with their shopping needs and ensuring they have a memorable visit to our store.

Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work in a busy customer service environment
- Excellent customer service background and experience in dealing with a varied customer base
- Intermediate computer literacy skills
- Well-developed cash management skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment, whilst always seeking continuous improvement opportunities to lift the business
- Demonstrated knowledge of WHS practices and guidelines
- Availability to work a varied roster, including opening and closing business hours
