The Human Resources Business Partner is a true strategic subject matter expert, building strong working relationships with managers and supervisors within their portfolio in a large, diverse organisation.
You will act as a true HR generalist, partnering with our people leaders to deliver the HR plan and provide professional, expert guidance and support. You will ensure consistency in your approach and act in a commercial and proactive way to coach and advise the manager to build the capability and performance of our business.

- Permanent full time, 35 hours per week with access to flexi-time
- Salary range of $80,178.80 to $88,523.76 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) plus 10.5% superannuation
