About the job:
Role: Community Allied Health Assistant (Level 2)
Term: Casual
Location: Illawarra
We are looking for an Allied Health Assistant to join our Illawarra team who has, or would like to develop, experience working people with a disability and/or additional needs.
Services may include 1:1 intervention and group intervention. The position requires you to work collaboratively with our clients, families, support workers, other services and as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team. You will work in a range of environments including people’s homes, community locations and local pools.
Applicants should have a commitment to evidence-based practice principles and an understanding of best practice in disability.
Applicants should also demonstrate an ability to work in a mobile service, from home and in the community.
