Our mental health is a vital part of our overall health and wellbeing. 

We go to the dentist for a check-up, the GP when we have a tummy ache or a sniffle and even the physio when our shoulder or knee is feeling a bit dodgy. 

So it only makes sense that we reach out for support when we feel our mental health is not at its best and thankfully in the Illawarra there are plenty of places and people we can turn to.
