Learn Make Create Pottery Workshops
This is not a one day event but a series of 4 workshops. Before booking please make sure you are available for all 4 of the workshop dates, the tickets only provide the start date for the series of workshops. We can not swap dates or switch workshops.
You must be over 18 to attend these workshops.
Learn Make Create workshops are 4 x 2.5 hour sessions taking place on the following dates
19, 26 October and 2, 16 November on a Saturday from 10am – 12.30pm
We are a non-for-profit studio and our Learn Make Create workshops have been created by potters for potters. These are dedicated workshops taught by experienced potters, workshops are limited to 6 people you each get a wheel to use in the workshop and everything you need is provided.
The cost is $340.00 which includes:
A kit for you to keep with everything you need to get started and practice! Your kit includes clay, bats, sponges, slip bucket , tools & handouts.
Glazing & firing of a few of your pieces from the workshop.
You can attend our 2hr studio sessions on a Thursday and Sunday to practice over the 5 weeks as a temporary member* at members prices.

workshop 2 It’s WHEEL time!
workshop 3 Leather hard techniques: carving, trimming & turning
We have a 1 week break to make sure your work dries properly and then it is bisque fired ready for the next workshop
workshop 4 Glazing and surface decoration! We then fire your work for the final time so its functional and ready for you to pick up.
