Cook Chill Chat Cooking Workshops- Illawarra Women’s Health Centre (Women Only)

Cook Chill Chat Cooking Workshops are weekly sessions where we cook together and learn about healthy eating. The choice of recipes will come from our Cook Chill Chat Cookbook or from participants’ input and follow the philosophy of the program, which is to cook healthy, quick and budget-friendly meals.

Date: Every Wednesday starting October 16th for 6 weeks, finishing on November 20th
Time: 10:00am to 1:00pm (lunch included)
