Christmas is for spending time with your nearest & dearest. We have taken the stress out of having to cook.

Blackbird Christmas menu – $60 per head

16 hour thyme & rosemary slow roasted lamb shoulder – red wine jus

Truffle – Parmesan – potato gratin

Japanese pumpkin – Meredith feta – broccolini – green beans

Butter leaf – oak lettuce salad – buttermilk dressing

Desserts – choice of either

Morello cherry – frangipane tart

Or

Sticky date pudding – pear compote – butter scotch sauce

To secure your order we require full payment up front . Orders will be ready for pick up on Christmas Eve at an allocated time.
