Our History
Welcome to Dapto Veterinary Clinic where we understand the importance of finding a trustworthy veterinarian that you can build a strong long lasting relationship with. We provide tailored treatments and services that meet the unique needs of both you and your beloved pet.
For over four decades, we have nurtured these relationships at our animal hospital located in Dapto, within the Wollongong and wider Illawarra region, and have earned the trust of multi-generational clients. Our commitment to experience and excellence in veterinary care has always been at the core of our values. Your pet’s health is our utmost priority!
Originally founded by Dr David Ball in Dapto Court, our animal hospital has a rich history. In February 1980, Dr Rod Yeatman took over the clinic and married our long-serving vet nurse, Michelle, in 1982. In 1985, we relocated to our current location at 164 Princes Hwy, just across from the Ribbonwood Centre.
Throughout the last 40 years, Dapto Veterinary Clinic has cared for countless pets, catering to the needs of both small and large animals. Since 2020, the clinic has been under the ownership of Shalini and Sath. As the new owners, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and service to our community.
