We make our classes social, safe, and real for every BODY! We use the latest technology in far-infrared glass panels to warm your body and have amazing teachers to guide your practice. We teach with a personalised approach, regardless of your yoga, pilates or barre experience. @ the YOGA hive studios we offer classes both heated and non-heated, 7 days a week. We have made both our studio spaces as inviting and as environmentally friendly as possible. Our aim is to to provide you with a nurturing and supportive environment in which you can create internal space, connect with others, build physical strength, increase flexibility, improve your health and wellbeing and discover your internal landscape.
