Along with a spacious group class studio Limber Co houses a fully equip clinical pilates studio where you can experience a more intimate session on the classical studio pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, and Small Apparatus.
Meet the founder, Lily
An ex-professional ballerina, new mum, and founder of Limber Co.
Lily’s love of movement started from a young age, taking her through full-time ballet school in the UK to a professional career in Canada.
With movement being a big part her life means Lily has experienced the many benefits movement, in particular Pilates and Yoga has to offer, at various stages of life. Utilising it to rehabilitate injuries, condition her body through a professional dance career, and most recently supporting her through motherhood.
Combining her lifelong experience with her extensive understanding and knowledge of the body, offers the Limber community a Pilates and Yoga experience that will not only feel good but do good for their mind and body.
Valuing a holistic approach, Limber will regularly collaborate with local practitioners to provide valuable workshops, retreats and programs that work on overall health and wellbeing.
Pilates ITC diploma qualified – Mentored by the renowned Lanette Helene, Pilates Canberra.
Further professional developmentin Pre/post natal, Womens and Mens Health.
An essential movement foundation. These classes emphasize precision, alignment, breath, centring, and control, fostering mind-body connection and positive movement patterns. Immerse yourself in a blend of Pilates and modern movement repertoire, guided by exports who will elevate your practice with hands-on precision, articulate cues, imagery and dynamic demonstrations.
Duration: Classes vary from 45 minutes to express classes .
All our teachers are fully qualified and have undergone comprehensive training. They also undergo regular further education training.
Limber Yoga
A transformative practice that harmonises body and mind through a combination of physical postures, breath control, and meditation. It’s your time to be free and lose yourself in movement, discovering a journey of self-discovery, enhanced flexibility, and inner peace.
Duration: Classes vary from 60 minutes to 75 minutes long.
Step into Studio Pilates, where innovative equipment meets expert guidance. Our state-of-the-art studio offers sessions tailored for all levels, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and holistic body maintainance. Work 1-1 or Join a small, dedicated group for personalised attention, suitable for beginners, seasoned practitioners, and those seeking post-injury, pre and post-natal care.
All our studio pilates teachers have undergone highly comprehensive diploma training that takes a year to complete. They also have years of experience and undergo regular further education training.
A pathway to elevate you’r dance skills and overall performance through a weekly 45 minute Limber group mat / barre pilates class. These sessions offer an array of benefits for aspiring young dancers such as increasing core strength, ROM, body awareness, flexibility injury prevention. mpowering you to dance confidently and sustainably throughout your career
Taught by pilates instructors who are ex-professional dancers, who have invaluable industry experience to propel you to your peak performance level.

Mini Limber
Mini Limber is a class for our mini’s to come in and move their bodies in a fun, and safe environment.
This specialised program combines pilates, yoga and dance to bring an effective and enjoyable 45 minute program to our young movers.
Limber Mammas
Limber Mammas is 5 week course that will not only help your body recover but it will be your support system. Because we believe that it does take a whole village to raise a child we have put together the most beautiful care package consisting of local practitioners, discounts with local businesses such as banabae to help support you through this journey.
Each session will consist of a 45min Pilates class for plus a 45 min connecting circle fueled by tea, and biccies.
