Multiple comorbidities/multiple chronic illnesses/ polypharmacy- undertake assessment, rationalise management and treatment, coordination with other specialities and GPs
Psychogeriatric issues (depression, anxiety)
Parkinsons disease/Parkinsons syndromes.
Patients from residential care facilities with geriatric issues.
Not coping at home needing residential aged care placement-assist and advise regarding the ACAT process
