Belinda’s Hair Creations was established in 1988, and is owned and operated by Belinda & Scott Cooper.
At BHC we believe that education is extremely important, therefore as a team we are continually attending Training Course’s, Seminars, Hair shows & have in salon training on a regular basis.
We are proud to be a Keune Diamond Salon, and to work in conjunction with such an amazing company. We are a Keune Colour Expert Salon, all staff members are Keune Colour & Image Consultants and Belinda has travelled to Amsterdam where she completed her Keune International Master Colourist accreditation.
