North Terrace Equestrian Services riding school offers Horse Wisdom through Equine-Assisted Learning. EAL is a non-therapy skills-based service that focuses on teaching life skills, social skills, communication skills, or leadership skills.
Our beginner lessons provide the basics and introduction to horse riding. Beginner lessons are aimed at those who are keen to learn the fundamentals of riding and horsemanship before getting your own pony.
Cost:
½ hour lesson – $50.00
1 hour lesson – $100.00 Family discounts available
Pony Pals – 1 1/2 hour group program that consists of: catching and leading pony; grooming and tacking; basic riding lesson (45 minutes) incorporating balance, position and mobility; washing; feeding and other horse activities – $65.00
